This is my first hd tv i have purchased inner my life. I have be having this Samsung LN52A550 on behalf of 2 weeks now. There are no perfectly pixels. The picture quality as a consequence colors are great! The sound quality is average. There is no bass and/or treble controls on this tv. The sound on this tv is loud enough on behalf of a little opportunity. If your opportunity is really huge therefore it might not be loud enough on behalf of you. I would recommend on behalf of you toward purchase a home theater system on behalf of this tv toward stimulate the full amazing sound experience. The select barely has any glare on it while i start all my windows while it’s sunshiny outside. Standard as a consequence exuberant definition channels tend amazing on this tv if you use a hdmi connection. I don’t attend any ghosting while i perform my recording games or personal computer: pc games. The menu system on behalf of this tv is very user friendly. I covet samsung made bass as a consequence treble controls available inner the menu options like the sony bravia tvs. Overall this tv is great!
