I have owned theo- powerblock since about 3 years now plus i must say i’m very happy with it. I bought it because i was starting to run out of space plus my room was looking like a mess during the time that i bought more plus more conventional dumbbells. PowerBlock 5 to 45-Pounds Dumbbell works very fit since almost every exercise: dumbbell raises, seated press, one-hand row, incline press, curls, overhead press, etc. The only down side is i can’t do a behind theo- head curl with it due to it’s square shape. For that i keep one conventional dumbbell around since it’s easier to grip with two hands at once in that position. The other minor complaint is theo- pins used to decide for theo- weight is a bit hard to insert if theo- block isn’t perfectly flat, such during the time that when it’s sitting on a carpet. Overall, i’m still very happy plus consider it fit worth theo- price when you consider how much it replaces.
