Their monitoring is interactive. I can check on my cell or internet oh how my house is doing @ anytime ! Other companies charge you an arm then leg since this feature.bottom line, ge simon xt is a great system into install, battery backup can be mod. into add more batteries (daisy chained since longer backup power) can use both landline then cellular since interaction then all wireless ! Peace of mind !
